Health services for healing, assessment and growth.
Thank you for visiting us. During our time together, we walk with you to navigate and better understand your brain, its patterns, strengths and capabilities.
We listen and offer tools rooted in research, shared experiences and cultural wisdom across a wide span of life experiences.
We respect that mutuality and understanding are at the heart of our work together.
We acknowledge that the ‘āina on which we practice is part of the territory recognized by first peoples, Kānaka Maoli, as O'ahu.
I specialize in psychotherapy through an empowerment, mindfulness, compassion focused lens. Empowerment comes from knowing of the true self, our roots and where we want to go. Compassion allows us to heal and move forward, all of which we can explore together.
When empathy burns out, compassion sustains and generates. Brain studies show that focusing on compassion can rewire our brains and the impact of painful memories. Building inward compassion is often the hardest and most powerful agent of change.

Born and raised in O'ahu, I graduated from 'Iolani School and moved to Indiana to earn a Bachelors in Neuroscience from Purdue University. I bring an action, results oriented approach to bridge the gap between neuroscience and psychotherapy, using cutting-edge research to rewire your brain for healing and resilience.
Whether you’re battling PTSD, anxiety, or chronic pain, my approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) to help you reclaim control over your mind, body, and life.
In addition to individual therapy, I focus on group therapy as a powerful tool to reduce social isolation. Research shows that group therapy often surpasses individual therapy in fostering resilience, emotional support, and long-term recovery. By connecting with others facing similar struggles, clients experience improved emotional regulation, greater self-awareness, and a stronger sense of belonging—all key components of healing.
I work with a wide age-range of individuals facing:
